HM53461 series

      The HM53461 series is designed as a 262144-bit multiport memory equipped with a 64k-work x 4-bit dynamic RAM port and a 256-word x 4-bit serial access memory (SAM) port.The SAM port is connected to an internal 1024-bit data register through a 256-word x 4-bit serial read or write access control.The the read transfer cycle, the memory cell data is transferred from a selected word line of the RAM port to the data register.The RAM port has a write mask capability in addition to the conventional operation mode.Write bit selection out of 4 data bit can be achieved.
      It has many features.The first one is it would have multiport organization.The second one is that it would have double layer polysilicon / polyicide n-well CMOS process.The third one is that it would have signal 5V (+/- 10%).The fourth one is that it would have low power which means RAM would be max 380mW, SAM would be max 220mW and standby would be max 40mW.The fifth one is about its access time which means the RAM would be 100ns / 120ns / 150ns and the SAM would be 40ns / 40ns / 60ns.The sixth one is about its cycle time random read or write cycle time (RAM) which would be 190ns / 220ns / 260ns and the serial read or write cycle time (SAM) would be 40ns / 40ns / 60ns.The next one is that it would be TTL compatible.The next one is that its 256 refresh cycles would be 4ms.The next one is it would have the data transfer operation.The next one is it would have the real time read transfer capability.The next one is that it would have write mask mode capability.And so on.
      Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow.The first one is about its voltage on any pin relative to Vss which would be from -1.0 to +7.0V.The second one is about its power supply vltage relative to Vss which would be from -0.5 to +7.0V.The third one is about its operating temperature which would be from 0 to +70°C.The fourth one is about its storage temperature which would be from -55 to +125°C.The fifth one is about its short circuit output current which would be 50mA.The sixth one is about its power dissipation which would be 1.0W.And so on.For more information please contact us.
