HM62256BLFP-7T General Description
The HM62256BLFP-7T is one member of the HM62256B family of static RAM that organized 32,768-word X 8-bit. The package of it are:8 X 14 mm TSOP, 8 X 13.4 mm TSOP with thickness of 1.2 mm, 450 mil SOP (foot print pitch width), 600 mil plastic DIP, or 300 mil plastic DIP. With the help of employing 0.8 mm Hi-CMOS process technology, this device realizes higher performance and low power consumption.
Features of the HM62256BLFP-7T are:(1)battery backup operation;(2)directly TTL compatible all inputs and outputs;(3)common data input and output--three state output;(4)equal access and cycle times;(5)completely static memory--no clock or timing strobe required;(6)power dissipation:--active:25 mW (typ) (f=1 MHz) or --standby:1.0 mW (typ);(7)access time:55 ns/70 ns/85 ns (max);(8)single 5.0 V supply:5.0 V±10%.
The absolute maximum ratings of the HM62256BLFP-7T can be summarized as:(1)power supply voltage relative to Vss:-0.5 to +7.0 V;(2)terminal voltage on any pin relative to Vss:-0.5 to Vcc+0.3 V;(3)power dissipation:1.0 W;(4)operating temperature range:0 to +70 °C;(5)storage temperature range:-55 to +125 °C;(6)storage temperature range under bias:-10 to +85 °C.
