The HMMC-3124 is a kind of DC-12 GHz packaged high efficiency divide-by-4 prescaler. It offers dc to 12 GHz frequency translation for use in communications and EW systems incorporating highfrequency PLL oscillator circuits and signalpath down conversion applications. Besides, it provides a large input power sensitivity window and low phase noise.

HMMC-3124's features as follows: (1) wide frequency range: 0.2 to 12 GHz; (2) Pout: 0 dBm (0.5 Vp-p); (3) low phase noise: -153 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz offset; (4) (+) or (-) single supply bias operation; (5) wide bias supply range: 4.5 to 6.5 volt operating range; (6) differential I/0 with onchip 50 matching.
