HMS87C1404BDP

The HMS87C1404BDP is one member of the HMS87C1404 family which designed as the advanced CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with 4K/8K/16K bytes of ROM. Also this device is supported by a full-featured macro assembler, C compiler and an in-circuit emulator CHOICE-DrTM and OTP programmers. It has four Timer/Counter registers. each module can generate an interrupt to indicate that an event has occurred (i.e. timer match).
