Description

The HS-1200/1210 Series of quartz crystal oscillators provide enable/disable 3-state TTL compatible signals for bus connected systems. Supplying Pin 1 of the HS-1200 units with a logic "0" enables the output on Pin 8. Alternately, supplying pin 1 of the HS-1210 units with a logic "1" enables its Pin 8 output. In the disabled mode, Pin 8 presents a high impedance to the load. All units are resistance welded in an all metal package, offering RFI shielding, and are designed to survive standard wave soldering operations without damage. Insulated standoffs to enhance board cleaning are standard.
HS-1200/1210 has features which is as follows: The first one is wide frequency range 0.5MHz to 36MHz. The second one is user specified tolerance available. The third one is it will withstand vapor phase temperatures of 253°C for 4 minutes maximum. The forth one is space-saving alternative to discrete component oscillators. The fifth one is high shock resistance, to 3000g. The sixth one is all metal, resistance weld, hermetically sealed package. The seventh one is low jitter. The eighth one is high Q crystal actively tuned oscillator circuit. The ninth one is power supply decoupling internal. The tenth one is
no internal PLL avoids cascading PLL problems. The eleventh one is low power consumption. The tewlfth one is gold plated leads - Solder dipped leads available upon request.
At the same time , we also pay attention to HS-1200/1210's operating conditions and output charactristics. Frequency is 0.5 MHz min and 36.0 MHz max. Duty cycle is 40/60% min and 60/40% under the condition if Vcc/2. Logic 0 (VOL) is 0.4 V max when the current is 16 mA. Logic 1(VOH) is 2.4 V min when the current is 0.4 mA. Rise and fall time(tr,tf) is 5 ns when the voltage is 0.4 V to 2.4 V.Tpz is 25 ns. There are also some general characteristics: Supply voltage(Vcc) is 4.5 V min, 5.0 V typ and 5.5 V max. Supply current(Icc) is 0 mA min and 55 mA under the condition of no load. Output current(Io) is 0 mA min and ±16.0 mA max.Operating temperature (TA) is o to 70 . Storage temperature(Ts) is -55 min and 125 max. Power dissipation(PD) is 303 mW max. Load is 10TTL gate.
