HS1-6664RH-8

The HS1-6664RH-8 is one member of the HS1-6664RH family which designed as the radiation hardened dual, non-inverting power MOSFET drivers that can convert TTL (can be directly driven by our HS-1825ARH PWM device or by our ACS/ACTS and HCS/HCTS type logic devices) level signals into high current outputs at voltages up to 18V. This device can be used in switching power supplies, DC/DC converters and motor controllers.
