The HSMS-C650 is designed as high efficiency red single and bicolor LEDs in an industry standard package for ease of handling and use. Five different LED colors are available in two compact, low profile, single color packages. Typical applications include push-botton backlighting, LCD backlighting, symbol backlighting and front panel indicator. The small size, low 1.1mm profile and wide viewing angle make this LED excellent for backlighting applications and front panel illumination.
HSMS-C650It has seven features. (1)Small size. (2)Industry standard footprint. (3)Low profile. (4)Tinted, diffused optics. (5)Compatible with IR solder process. (6)Five colors and bicolor available. (7)Available in 8mm tape on 7'' (178mm) diameter reels. Those are all the main features.

(3)Its reverse voltage Ir=100uA would be 5V. (4)Its LED junction temperature would be 95°C. (5)Its operating temperature range would be from -25°C to 80°C. (6)Its storage temperature range would be from -30°C to 85°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
