The HT46RU66/HT46CU66 are 8-bit, high performance, RISC architecture microcontroller devices specifically designed for A/D product applications that interface directly to analog signals and which require an LCD Interface. The HT46CU66 mask version device, is fully pin and functionally compatible with its sister OTP device.
