The ICX429AKL is an interline CCD solid-stateimage sensor suitable for PAL color video cameraswith a diagonal mmType 1/2) system. Comparedwith the current product ICX249AK, basiccharacteristics such as sensitivity, smear, ynamicrange and S/N are improved drastically through theadoption of EXview HAD CCDTM technology.
This chip of the ICX429AKL features a field period readout system and an electronic shutter with variable charge-storage time. This chip is compatible with the pins of the ICX249AK and has the same drive conditions.
EXview HAD CCDTM has different spectral characteristics from the current CCD.
