IH5043CPE

The IH5043CPE is one member of the IH5043 family which is designed as the dual SPDT CMOS analog switch with the technology of improved, high voltage CMOS monolithic. This device provides ease of use and performance advantages not previously available from solid state switches. And also, the IH5043CPE guarantees Break-Before-Make switching, accomplished by extending the tON time (300ns Typ), so that it exceeds tOFF time (200ns Typ).
