The INA333AIDGKR is designed as a low power, precision instrumentation amplifier offering excellent accuracy. The versatile 3-op amp design, small size and low power make it ideal for a wide range of portable applications.
It has twelve features. (1)Low offset voltage 25uV max, G>=100. (2)Low drift 0.1uV/°C, G>=100. (3)Low noise 50nV/Hz, G>=100. (4)High CMRR 100dB min G>=10. (5)Low input bias current 200pA max. (6)Supply range +1.8V to 5.5V. (7)Input voltage (V-)+0.1V to (V+)-0.1V. (8)Output voltage range (V-)+0.05V to (V+)-0.05V. (9)Low quiescent current 50uA. (10)Operating temperature range -40°C to 125°C. (11)RFI filtered inputs. (12)MSOP-8 and DFN-8 packages. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be 7V. (2)Its analog input voltage range would be from (V-)-0.3V to (V+)+0.3V. (3)Its output short-circuit would be continuous. (4)Its operating temperature range would be from -40°C to 150°C. (5)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (6)Its junction temperature would be 150°C. (7)Its ESD rating would be 4000V for human body model and 1000V for charged device model and 200V for machine model. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its offset voltage would be typ +/-10uV and max +/-25uV. (2)Its input bias current would be typ +/-70pA and max +/-200pA. (3)Its input offset current would be typ +/-50pA and max +/-200pA. (4)Its output voltage swing from rail would be max 50mV. (5)Its capacitive load drive would be typ 500pF.
