IP3048CX5

The IP3048CX5 is a low-ohmic, dual channel LC low-pass filter array which is designed to provide filtering of undesired RF signals. In addition, IP3048CX5 incorporates diodes to provide protection to downstream components from ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) voltages as high as ±15 kV contact discharge according the IEC 61000-4-2 model, far exceeding standard level 4.The IP3048CX5 could be used in (1)Cellular and Personal Communication System (PCS) mobile handsets; (2) DECT; (3) Portable media player.

The features of the IP3048CX5 is (1)Pb-free, RoHS compliant and free of halogen and antimony (Dark Green compliant); (2)Integrated dual channel p-type LC-filter network; (3)0.25 O series resistance per channel; 190 pF channel capacitance; (4) Integrated ESD protection withstanding ?5 kV contact discharge, far exceeding IEC 61000-4-2 level 4; (5)WLCSP with 0.5 mm pitch.     

The absolute maximum rating system of the IP3048CX5 is as following mentioned:(1)reverse standoff voltage :5 V; (2)channel current (DC):625mA; (3)channel power dissipation:135mW; (4)total power dissipation:270mW; (5)peak pulse power: 270mW; (6)storage temperature : 65 TO  +150 °C; (7)peak reflow temperature: 260 °C; (8)ambient temperature: 40  to +85 °C.
