IP3088CX5, IP3088CX10, IP3088CX15 and IP3088CX20 is a 2, 4, 6 and 8-channel LC low-pass filter array family which is designed to provide filtering of undesired RF signals on the I/O ports of portable communication or computing devices.They could be used in (1)Cellular and Personal Communication System (PCS) mobile handsets; (2)Cordless telephones; (3) Wireless data (WAN/LAN) systems.

The features of the them is (1)Pb-free, RoHS compliant and free of halogen and antimony (Dark Green compliant); (2)Integrated 2, 4, 6 and 8-channel p-type LC-filter network; (3)18 O channel series resistance; = 45 pF (at 2.5 V DC) channel capacitance; (4)Integrated ESD protection withstanding ? kV contact discharge; (5)WLCSP with 0.5 mm pitch.     

The absolute maximum rating system of the IP3088CX5, IP3088CX10, IP3088CX15 and IP3088CX20 is as following mentioned:(1)supply voltage: -0.5 to +5.6 V; (2)electrostatic discharge voltage:  -15  to +15 kV when contact discharge; (3)channel current:30mA; (4)storage temperature : 65 to +150 °C; (5)ambient temperature : 40  to +85 °C.
