The IP4234CZ6 is designed as one kind of single USB 2.0 ESD device that can be used in (1)Cellular and PCS mobile handsets; (2)PC/Notebook USB2.0/IEEE1394 ports; (3)DVI interfaces; (4)HDMI interfaces; (5)Cordless telephones; (6)Wireless data (WAN/LAN) systems; (7)PDAs applications. And this device is fabricated using monolithic silicon technology and integrates two ultra-low capacitance ESD protection diodes plus a Zener diode in a miniature 6-lead SOT457 package.
