ISL36111

The ISL36111 is a settable single-channel receive-side equalizer with extended functionality for advanced protocols operating with line rates up to 11.1Gb/s such as 10G Ethernet. The features of ISL36111 are as follows: (1)Supports data rates up to 11.1Gb/s; (2)Low power (~110mW); (3)Low latency (<500ps); (4)Single channel equalizer in a 3mmx3mm QFN package for straight route-through architecture and simplified routing.

The following is about the absolute maximum ratings of ISL36111: (1)Supply Voltage (VDD to GND): -0.3V to 1.5V; (2)Voltage at All Input Pins: -0.3V to 1.5V; (3)ESD Ratings: Human Body Model, High-Speed Pins 1.5kV, All Other Pins 2kV.

The electrical characteristics of the ISL36111 are: (1)Supply Current: 92 mA; (2)Cable Input Amplitude Range: 600 to 1600 mVP-P at Measured differentially at data source before encountering channel loss; Up to 10m 28AWG standard twin-axial cable(approx. -27dB @ 5GHz); (3)DC Differential Input Resistance: 80 min, 100 typ and 120 max at Measured on input channel IN[P,N] ; (4)DC Single-Ended Input Resistance: 40 min, 50 typ and 60 max at Measured on input channel IN[P] or IN[N], with respect to VDD.
