JT6P21-AS

The JT6P21-AS is a kind of directly driven, alarm/chronograph watch LSI for liquid crystal display implemented in a single-chip CMOS LSI. The device is intended for alarm/chronograph watch applications.

There are some features of JT6P21-AS as follows: (1)alarm function with buzzer drive; (2)chronograph function with lap; (3)comes with a time announcement function ; (4)selectable 12/24-hour system; (5)8-digit display, 12 marks, 1/2-duty liquid crystal drive; (6)comes with a timer function and a 4-year auto calendar; (7)the chronograph has a 1/100s/s/min/hour counter. Furthermore, it comes with a lap function and can indicate time in up to 12 hours; (8)the alarm and the time annoucement buzzer (4 kH) are directly driven; (9)low current consumption ; (10)single 1.55 V power supply (Ago) or single 3.00 V power supply can be selected by bonding; (11)built-in step-up/step-down circuits; (12)alarm and announcement time in 20 seconds.
