JT6P24-AS

The JT6P24-AS is a kind of single-chip CMOS LSI for counters capable of directly driving a 5-digit LCD. The device is designed for pedometers and counters. There are some features as follows: (1)32.768 kHz crystal oscillator; (2)counts up to 99999; (3)1/3 duty LCD drive, 5-digit display; (4)low current consumption (Isup=3.0A max); (5)voltage doubler circuit (two 0.1F-external capacitors).
