JT9673-AS

The JT9673-AS is a kind of single-chip CMOS LSI for stopwatches capable of directly driving a 7-digit LCD with four signs. The JT9673-AS is designed for stopwatches. There are some features of JT9673-AS as follows: (1)32.768 kHz crystal oscillator; (2)display hour, minute, second, and hundredths of seconds; (3)four-sign, 7-digit display, 1/3-duty LCD drive; (4)5 display modes (RESET, RUN, STOP, LAP, LAP STOP) and optional display modes (NORMAL LAP, SECTION, LAP) are seletable by bonding option; (5)counting by 9 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds, 99 hundredths of second (unit: 1/100 second); (6)power supply: 1.55 V single power supply; (7)built-in voltage doubler circuit; (8)low current consumption (Isup=3.0A max).
