JT9626-AS

The JT9626-AS is a kind of single-chip CMOS LSI for watches with alarm and chronograph functions. The JT9626-AS  can directly drive a six-digit LCD and offers six functions. The typical applications include watches with alarms and chronographs, watches with alarms and chronograph watches.

There are some features of JT9626-AS as follows: (1)alarm function with buzzer drive; (2)chronograph function with lap recording; (3)time signal function; (4)display switchable between 12 hour system, or 24 hour system; (5)six-digit display, 10 signs, 1/2-duty LCD drive; (6)directly drives buzzer for alarm and time signal (4 kHz); (7)low current consumption; (8)selectable 1.55 V single power supply/3.00 V single power supply by bonding; (9)three-switch operation; (10)built-in voltage doubler/halver circuits; (11)all display lit function for testing; (12)built-in power ON clear function; (13)alarm settable in one-minute units (Buzzer sounds for 20 seconds).
