The L6205 is a DMOS Dual Full Bridge designed for otor control applications, realized in MultiPower- CD technology, which combines isolated DMOS ower Transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on he same chip. Available in PowerDIP20 (16+2+2), owerSO20 and SO20(16+2+2) packages, the L6205 features a non-dissipative protection of the igh side PowerMOSFETs and thermal shutdown.
