Description

The L6221A monolit hicquad darling ton switchis designed for high current,high voltage switching applications.Each of the four switches is controlled by a logic input and all four are controlled by a common enable input.All inputs are TTL-compatible for direct connection to logic circuits.

Each L6221A consists of an open-collector darling ton transistor plusa fast diode for switchinga pplications with inductive device loads.The emitter soft he four switches are commoned.Any number of inputs and out put sof the L6221A may be paralleled.
