LM20143MH General Description


The LM20143MH is a full featured adjustable frequency synchronous buck regulator capable of delivering up to 3A of continuous output current. The device is optimized to work over the input voltage range of 2.95V to 5.5V making it suited for a wide variety of low voltage systems. It is designed to work well in multi-rail power supply architectures.

The features of LM20143MH can be summarized as:(1)Input voltage range 2.95V to 5.5V; (2)Accurate current limit minimizes inductor size; (3)97% peak efficiency; (4)Adjustable output voltage down to 0.8V; (5)Adjustable switching frequency (500 kHz to 1.5 MHz); (6)32 m integrated FET switches; (7)Starts into prebiased loads; (8)Output voltage tracking; (9)Peak current mode control; (10)Adjustable Soft-Start with external capacitor; (11)Precision enable pin with hysteresis; (12)Integrated OVP, UVLO, power good and thermal shutdown; (13)eTSSOP-16 exposed pad package.
