Description

The LM285M is one member of the LM285 family which is designed as the adjustable micropower voltage reference that has made the device tolerant of capacitive loading, making it easy to use in almost any reference application. The wide dynamic operating range allows its use with widely varying supplies with excellent regulation. Features of the LM285M are:(1)adjustable from 1.24V to 5.30V; (2)operating current of 10 A to 20 mA; (3)1% and 2% initial tolerance; (4)1 dynamic impedance; (5)low temperature coefficient.
