The LM2930T-5.0 is one member of the LM2930 family which is one member of the 3-terminal positive regulator that features an ability to source 150 mA of output current with an input-output differential of 0.6V or less. Features of the LM2930T-5.0 are:(1)input-output differential less than 0.6V; (2)output current in excess of 150 mA; (3)reverse battery protection; (4)40V load dump protection; (5)internal short circuit current limit; (6)internal thermal overload protection; (7)mirror-image insertion protection; (8)P+ product enhancement tested.
