LM45BIM3

The LM45BIM3 is one member of the LM45B family which is designed as the SOT-23 precision centigrade temperature sensor that can be used in (1)portable medical instruments; (2)HVAC; (3)power supply modules; (4)disk drives; (5)computers; (6)automotive; (7)battery management; (8)fax machines; (9)printers. This device does not require any external calibration or trimming to provide accuracies of ±2°C at room temperature and ±3°C over a full -20 to +100°C temperature range.
