LM64032B

The LM64032B is designed as a dot-matrix LCD unit. Its construction is 640 x 200, full dot graphic display unit consisting of an LCD panel, PWB with electric components mounted onto, TAB to connect the LCD panel and PWB electrically and plastic chassis and bezel to fix them mechanically.

Some absolute maximum ratings of LM64032B have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage logic would be min 0V and max 6.0V at Ta=25°C. (2)Its supply voltage LCD drive would be min 0V and max 31.5V at Ta=25°C. (3)Its input voltage would be min 0V and max Vdd at Ta=25°C. (4)Its operating ambient temperature range would be from -25°C to 60°C. (5)Its operating ambient temperature range would be from 0°C to 45°C. (6)Its humidity would be 95% RH max at Ta<=40°C and absolute humidity shall be less than Ta=40°C/95% RH at Ta>40°C. (7)Its vibration would mean frequency is from 10Hz to 55Hz and vibration width is 1.5mm and interval 10Hz to 55Hz to 10Hz, 2 hours for each direction of X/Y/X (6 hours as total). (8)Its shock would mean accerelation 50G, pulse width 11ms and 3 times for each directio of ±X/±Y/±Z. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device. And care should be taken so that the LCD unit may not be exposed the temperature ranges out of this specifications.
