LMX2332LTM/NOPB

The LMX2332LTM/NOPB is designed as one member of the LMX233XL family of monolithic, integrated dual frequency synthesizers, including prescalers, is to be used as a local oscillator for RF and first IF of a dual conversion transceiver. It is frabricated using notional's 0.5u ABiC C silicon BiCMOS process.

It has eight features. (1)Ultra low current consumption. (2)2.7V to 5.5V operation. (3)Selectable synchronous or asynchronous powerdown mode: Icc=1uA typical at 3V. (4)Dual molulus prescaler. (5)Selectable charge pump tri-state mode. (6)Selectable charge pump current levels. (7)Selectable fastiock mode. (8)Upgrade and compatible to LMX233XA family. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power supply voltage would be from -0.3V to 6.5V for Vcc and would be from -0.3V to +6.5V for Vp. (2)Its voltage on any pin with GND=0V would be from -0.3V to Vcc+0.3V. (3)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (4)Its lead temperature soldering 4 seconds would be 260°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its power supply current would be typ 2.0mA and max 2.7mA. (2)Its powerdown current would be typ 1uA and max 10uA. (3)Its operating frequency would be min 0.1GHz and max 1.2GHz. (4)Its operating frequency would be min 45MHz and max 510MHz. (5)Its oscillator frequency would be min 10MHz. (6)Its maximum phasedetector frequency would be min 10MHz. (7)Its RF input sensitivity would be min -15dBm and max 0dBm at Vcc=3.0V and would be min -10dBm and max 0dBm at Vcc=5.0V. (8)Its oscillator sensitivity would be min 0.5Vpp. (9)Its high level input voltage would be min 0.8Vcc. (10)Its low level input voltage would be max 0.2Vcc. And so on.
