The LRS1806A is designed as stacked chip flash memory which is a combination memory organized as 4194304 x 16 bit flash memory and 1048576 x 16 bit smartcombo RAM in one package.
LRS1806A has many features. The first one is its power supply is from 2.7V to 3.3V (flash) and 2.7V to 3.1V (smartcombo RAM). The second one is its operating temperature range is from -30°C to +85°C. The third one is not designed or rated as radiation hardened. The fourth one is 72 pin CSP plastic package. The fifth one is flash memory as P-type bulk silicon, and smartcombo RAM has P-type bulk silicon. The sixth one is its access time is 85ns max. And so on. That are the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of LRS1806A have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage which would be from -0.2V to +3.6V. The second one is about its input voltage which would be from -0.5V to vcc+0.3V. The third one is about its operating temperature range whcih would be from -30°C to +85°C. The fourth one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -65°C to +125°C. The fifth one is about its F-Vpp voltage which would be from -0.2V to 12.6V.
Also some DC characteristics about LRS1806A. The first one is about its input leakage current which would be max ±1.5uA. The second one is about its output leakage current which would be max ±1.5uA. The third one is about its F-Vcc standby current which would be typ 4uA and max 20uA. The fourth one is about its F-Vcc automatic power savings current which would be typ 4uA and max 20uA.
