DescriptionThe LT1054LCS8 is one member of the LT1054 family which designed as the monolithic, bipolar, switched-capacitor voltage converter and regulator that can be used in positive voltage doubler, negative voltage doubler, voltage regulator and voltage inverter. It also provides regulation, a feature not previously available in switched-capacitor voltage converters.
Features of the LT1054LCS8 are:(1)pin compatible with the LTC1044/LTC7660;(2)can be paralleled;(3)external oscillator synchronization;(4)external shut-down;(5)reference and error amplifier for regulation;(6)operating range:3.5V to 7V;(7)low Loss:1.1V at 100mA;(8)output current:125mA;(9)available in space saving SO-8 package.
