DescriptionThe LT1614CS8 is one member of the LT1614 family which is designed as one kind of inverting 600kHz switching regulator that can be used in (1)MR Head Bias; (2)LCD Bias; (3)GaAs FET Bias; (4)Positive-to-Negative Conversion. High frequency switching enables the use of small inductors and capacitors. Ceramic capacitors can be used in many applications, eliminating the need for bulky tantalum types.
