M27C512-70XF1

The M27C512-70XF1 is a kind of 512 Kbit EPROM offered in the two ranges UV (ultra violet erase) and OTP (one time programmable). It is organized as 65536 by 8 bits. The device is designed for applications where fast turn-around and pattern experimentation are important requirements. It is available in FDIP28W (window ceramic frit-seal package).

There are some features M27C512-70XF1 as follows. (1) 5 V±10% supply voltage in READ; (2) acess time: 45 ns; (3) low power "CMOS" consumption: active current 30 mA and standby current 100 A; (4) programming voltage: 12.75 V±0.25 V; (5) programming times of AROUND 6 sec; (6) electronic signature: manufacture code 20 h and device 3 Dh; (7) the package is lead-free version.
