M28C16-90WK1TR

The M28C16-90WK1TR is one member of the M28C16 family which is designed as the 16 Kbit (2K x 8) parallel EEPROM that is fabricated with STMicroelect-ronics' proprietary single polysilicon CMOS technology. This device also offers fast access time, with low power dissipation, and require a single voltage supply. And this device has been designed to offer a flexible microcontroller interface, featuring software handshaking, with Data Polling and Toggle Bit.
