M50253P is a semiconductor intergrated circuit designed for serial parallel converter of 12-bit with N-ch opendrain output (Vo 12 V max). It is widely used in extension of I/O ports for microcomputer. There are some features as follows. First is single 5 V supply voltage. Then is high voltage breakdown output (12 V). The last one is controllable by only pin: CLK, DATA.
