M5451B7

The M5451B7 is designed as one kind of monolithic MOS integrated circuits which is produced with an N-channel silicon gate technology. It is available in 40-pin dual in-line plastic packages.

M5451B7 has six features. (1)35 outputs and 15mA sink. (2)curent generator outputs (no external resistors required). (3)Continuous brightness control. (4)Serial data input. (5)Wide supply voltage operation. (6)TTL compatibility. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of M5451B7 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be from -0.3V to 15V. (2)Its input voltage would be from -0.3V to 15V. (3)Its off state output voltage would be 15V. (4)Its output sink current would be 40mA. (5)Its total package power dissipation at 25°C would be 1W and at 85°C would be 560mW. (6)Its junction temperature would be 150°C. (7)Its operating temperature range would be from -25°C to 85°C. (8)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
