M69000

The M69000 is one member of the CM69000 family which is designed as the resonant controller device that can be used in (1)DC-DC power supply.; (2)LED lighting power supply; (3)server power; (4)industrial power supply; (5)high power adaptor applications. This device has some points of features such as: (1)supply voltage range : 10V to 15V; (2)typical peak drive from 12V supply : (PMOS~200 ohm and NMOS~100 ohm); (3)UVLO=13V with 3V hystetesis; (4)reference OK comparator; (5)FM/PWM mode operation; (6)softstart capability with shutdown function; (7)latch or auto-restart during current limit or OVP.
