The M95040-WMN6TP is one member of the M95040 family which is 4/2/1 Kbit Serial SPI Bus EEPROM With High Speed Clock. The M95040 is available in Plastic Dual-in-Line, Plastic Small Outline and Thin Shrink Small Outline packages. Each memory device is accessed by a simple serial interface that is SPI-compatible.
