MAX1146BCUP

The MAX1146BCUP is one member of the MAX1146 family which is designed as the low-power, 14-bit, multichannel, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that can be used in (1)portable data logging; (2)data acquisition; (3)medical instruments; (4)battery-powered instruments; (5)process control. This device includes an internal +4.096V reference and uses an internal clock or an external serial-interface clock to perform successive-approximation analog-to-digital conversions.
