MAX1487EPA

The MAX1487EPA is designed as one kind of low-power, slew-rate-limited RS-485/RS-422 transceiver that can be used in (1)low-power rs-485 transceivers; (2)low-power rs-422 transceivers; (3)level translators; (4)transceivers for emi-sensitive applications; (5)industrial-control local area networks. This device has a low-current shutdown mode in which they consume only 0.1A. All parts operate from a single 5V supply, and the driver slew rates of this device is not limited, allowing it to transmit up to 2.5Mbps.
