MAX1659ESA-T

The MAX1659ESA-T is one member of the MAX1659 family which designed as the linear regulators maximize battery life by combining ultra-low supply currents and low dropout voltages. It can be used in (1)digital cordless phones; (2)PCS phones; (3)cellular phones; (4)PCMCIA cards; (5)modems; (6)hand-held instruments; (7)palmtop computers; (8)electronic planners. With their P-channel MOSFET pass transistor, these devices maintain a low quiescent current from zero output current to the full 350mA, even in dropout.
