MAX208CWG+T

The MAX208CWG+T is one member of the MAX208 family which is designed as the +5V-powered, multichannel RS-232 transceiver that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)computers, laptops, palmtops, notebooks; (2)battery-powered equipment; (3)hand-held equipment. Also this device is available in a 28-pin wide small-outline (SO) package, and a 28-pin shrink small-outline (SSOP). Features of the MAX208CWG+T are:(1)0.1 uF to 10 uF external capacitors;(2)120 kbits / sec data rate;(3)2 receivers active in shutdown mode;(4)low power shutdown current: 1 uA;(5)designed for RS-232 and V.28 applications;(6)three-state TTL / CMOS receiver outputs.
