The MAX3483CSA+T is one member of the MAX3483 family which is designed as the 3.3V-powered, 10Mbps and slew-rate-limited true RS-485/RS-422 transceiver that can be used in (1)low-power RS-485/RS-422 transceivers; (2)telecommunications; (3)transceivers for EMI-sensitive applications; (4)industrial - control local area networks applications. And this device contains one driver and one receiver.
