MAX5015ESA

The MAX5015ESA is one member of the MAX5015 family which is designed as the current-mode PWM controller that can be used in (1)telecom power supplies; (2)industrial power supplies; (3)networking power supplies; (4)isolated power supplies. This device allows 85% operating duty cycle and could be used to implement flyback converters, and is available in 8-pin SO packages.

Features of the MAX5015ESA are:(1)wide input range: (18V to 110V) or (13V to 36V); (2)current-mode control; (3)leading-edge blanking; (4)internally trimmed 275kHz ±10% oscillator; (5)low external component count; (6)soft-start; (7)high-voltage startup circuit; (8)pulse-by-pulse current limiting; (9)thermal shutdown; (10)SO-8 package.
