MAX5033BUSA

The MAX5033BUSA is designed as a easy-to-use, high efficiency, high voltage, step-down DC-DC converter which operates from an input voltage up to 76V and comsumes only 270uA quiescent current at no load. This pulse-width modulated (PWM) converter operates at a a fixed 125KHz switching frequency at heavy loads, and automatically switches to pulse-skipping mode to provide low quiescent current and high efficiency at light loads.

MAX5033BUSA has ten features. (1)Wide 7.5V to 76V input voltage range. (2)Fixed (3.3V, 5V, 12V) and adjustable (1.25V to 13.2V) voltag versions. (3)500mA output current. (4)Efficiency up to 94%. (5)Internal 0.4ohms high side DMOS FET. (6)270uA quiescent current at no load, 10uA shutdown current. (7)Internal frequency compensation. (8)Fixed 125kHz switching frequency. (9)Thermal shutdown and short-circuit current limit. (10)8-pin SO and PDIP packages. Those are all the main features.

(11)Its operating temperature range would be from 0°C to 85°C. (12)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (13)Its junction temperature would be 150°C.
