MAX630CPA

The MAX630CPA is one member of the MAX630 family which is designed as the 740MHz, low-noise, low-distortion op amps in SOT23-5 that can be used in (1)video ADC preamp; (2)pulse / RF telecom applications; (3)video buffers and cable drivers; (4)ultrasound; (5)active filters; (6)ADC input buffers. Also this device has +10V/V minimum gain compensation and delivers a 340MHz bandwidth and a 1400V/s slew rate.
