MAX660M

The MAX660M is one member of the MAX660 family which is designed as the switched capacitor voltage converter that can be used in (1)laptop computers; (2)cellular phones; (3)medical instruments; (4)operational amplifier power supplies; (5)interface power supplies; (6)handheld instruments. This device uses two low cost capacitors to provide 100 mA of output current without the cost, size, and EMI related to inductor based converters.

Features of the MAX660M are:(1)Inverts or doubles input supply voltage; (2)Narrow SO-8 Package; (3)6.5W typical output resistance; (4)88% typical conversion efficiency at 100 mA; (5)Selectable oscillator frequency: 10 kHz/80 kHz.
