MAX7360

The MAX7360 is designed as one kind of 2-wire interfaced low-EMI key switch controller/GPO device that can be used in (1)Cell Phones; (2)PDAs; (3)Handheld Games; (4)Portable Consumer Electronics applications. And this device features autosleep and autowake to further minimize the power consumption of the device.

Features of the MAX7360 are:(1)Small, 24-Pin TQFN Package (3.5mm x 3.5mm) , or 25-Pin WLP Package (2.31mm x 2.31mm); (2)Optional Key Release Detection on All Keys; (3)Monitor Up to 64 Keys; (4)+1.62V to +3.6V Operation; (5)Autosleep and Autowake to Minimize Current Consumption; (6)Under 1 uA Sleep Current; (7)FIFO Queues Up to 16 Debounced Key Events; (8)Key Debounce Time User Configurable from 9ms to 40ms; (9)Low-EMI Design Uses Static Matrix Monitoring; (10)Hardware Interrupt at the FIFO Level or at the End of Definable Time Period; (11)Up to Seven Open-Drain Logic Outputs Available Capable of Driving LEDs; (12)400kbps, 5.5V-Tolerant, 2-Wire Serial Interface; (13)Selectable 2-Wire, Serial-Bus Timeout.
