MAX8621YETG

The MAX8621YETG is one member of the MAX8621 family which is designed as the dual step-down DC-DC power-management IC for portable devices that can be used in (1)Cellular Handsets; (2)Smart Phones, PDAs; (3)Digital Cameras; (4)MP3 Players; (5)Wireless LAN. And this device utilizes a proprietary 4MHz hysteretic-PWM control scheme that allows for ultra-small external components. A 200mA driver output is provided to control LED backlighting or provide an open-drain connection for resistors such as in feedback networks.
