The MAX881REUB is one member of the MAX881 family which is designed as one kind of low-noise bias supply in MAX with power-OK for GaAsFET power applications such as (1)Cell Phones; (2)PCS Phones; (3)PHS Phones; (4)Wireless Handsets; (5)Wireless Modems; (6)Two-Way Pagers; (7)Mobile Radios; (8)Wireless Computers. Also it can deliver up to 4mA. The internal linear regulator also filters the output to 1mVp-p ripple and noise.
