MC-5864

The MC-5864 and MC-5865 are thin film hybrid power modules designed specifically for 14.0 to 14.5 GHz transmitter applications.This and MC-5865 are matched to 50 I/O and are available in a hermetically sealed package.

The MC-5864 and MC-5865 has 5 features.The first one is medium power output,MC-5864 is P1dB=20.5 dBm TYP at f= 14.0 to 14.5 GHz.The second one is high power output,MC-5865 is P1dB=30.5 dBm TYP at f=14.0 to 14.5 GHz.The third one is high gain,MC-5864 is GL = 22dB TYP at f = 14.0 to 14.5 GHz,MC-5865 is GL = 18 dB TYP at f= 14.0 to 14.5 GHz.The fourth one is matched to 50 .The fifth one is hermetic can case.
