The MC10E241FN is one member of the MC10E241 family which is designed as the 8-bit shiftable register that features internal data feedback organized so that the SHIFT control overrides the HOLD/LOAD control. MC10E241FN enables the normal operations of HOLD and LOAD to be toggled with a single control line without the need for external gating, and also enables switching to scan mode with the single SHIFT control line.
Features of the MC10E241FN are:(1)SHIFT overrides HOLD/LOAD control; (2)1000ps max. CLK to Q; (3)asynchronous master reset; (4)pin-compatible with E141; (5)extended 100E VEE range of -4.2 V to -5.46 V; (6)75kW input pulldown resistors.
